I agree that everything sold at Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. is sold AS-IS with NO-WARRANTY of any kind expressed or implied and none of the items sold have been inspected for defects. Any disclosure of a defect is to the best of our knowledge and does not imply that other unknown defects do not exist. I agree to pay for everything I buy no later than the close of business on Monday after the auction ends based on Tampa Machinery Auction's terms and conditions. I agree that I am responsible for securing everything I buy from the time the auctioneer declares that I am the high bidder and that Tampa Machinery Auction is not responsible for loss and/or damage of any item left unsecured on the auction grounds. I agree that any assistance provided to me by Tampa Machinery Auction with starting, moving or loading items I have purchased is a courtesy and it is my responsibility to secure and/or prepare these items for safe transport or operation over the road. I understand that I will be charged $10 per item per day for any items left on the auction grounds for more than ten business days from the date that the auction closes.
