March 8th, 2025 is our next scheduled auction and is an online only event. We are open for preview from 8am to 4pm Thursday, March 6th and Friday, March 7th. Keys will be available for anyone wishing to inspect vehicles during this time. A valid driver’s license will be needed. Please refer to the pictures and videos in our catalogs if you are unable to attend preview days.
We will be open on auction day from 8am to 4pm for settlement and pickup only. See the description page of each ring for more details. If you are new to bidding online, you will need to create a Proxibid account, log in, and select to participate in our events to get approved to bid. Full payment is required before the close of business on Monday after the auction.
Wire transfer or direct deposit is encouraged so that you can avoid wait times for pick up.
No one under 18 is allowed to participate in the auction and a photo identification is required after purchase
Tampa Machinery Auction, Inc. is the largest regularly scheduled public auction in the southeast, selling vehicles and equipment for Government agencies, Corporate fleets, Finance Companies, Dealers and individuals. We have close to a thousand items in each auction. The gates open on auction day at 8:00 am for preview. We are open for visual only inspection Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We accept consignments until the end of the day on Wednesday before the Saturday auction unless we reach capacity sooner. Always consult our consignment terms and call before you bring an item to sell.
